Working with Rosalba was a dream. From day one, I felt comfortable that she understood what I was looking to do with my very dated condo. She took my shell of an idea and fleshed it out with detail. She kept me in the loop during every step of the process, and limited my choices to two or three for each item, because I didn’t want to be overwhelmed with options. Being able to look at two sets of fixtures or flooring options makes it a lot easier to make a solid decision than hours of back and forth.
She also gave me the confidence to take a trip of a lifetime and spend several months in Iceland and England as the work was progressing. Without her steady hand to look over the project while I was gone, I don’t think I would have gone. The project was completed at the end of 2019, just in time for lockdown. I am honestly unsure how I would have been able to cope otherwise!
