PHASE I: PROGRAMING

We want to know everything about your project, dead-line, budget, target market and style preference, if you have one.

PHASE II: DESIGN CONCEPT

We have finally put all the pieces together from the phase I puzzle and proudly reveal to you the configuration of the project’s interior spaces, design style, color scheme and furniture plans for your approval.

PHASE III: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Our office is looking more like a showroom as the latest and trendiest finish samples keep coming in. We want to select only the best for your project, while keeping your budget in mind. You are anxious to see it all come together and so are we. We are having fun exploring the personality that the project is taking while respecting the local codes and regulations.

PHASE IV: DOCUMENTATION & BIDDING

This is the phase where we detail as an Architect, we budget as the Client, we plan as a Property Manager and we coordinate as a General Contractor.

PHASE V: PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

We have freed up our office from dozens of materials and discover we have countertops we had not seen in weeks. We know this project inside and out and have every paint color memorized. We are ready to perform periodic site visits to review progress and ensure that work is being performed in accordance with Vidazme’s documents, specifications, and design concepts.

PHASE VI: FIXTURES, FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT (FF&E)

With our decorator’s hat back on we select movable furniture, fixtures or other equipment that have no permanent connection to the structure of the building. All furniture and fixture are meticulously scaled in the floor plan to ensure a well-balanced and harmonious layout is being provided to meet the client’s requirements and budget.
